Cousins at Play

My big cousin and I are an awesome duo! She is almost 5 and I think I can do whatever she can do! We have lots of fun playing in boxes, racing around the beach, sliding down slides and eating at our very own picnic table! We have so much fun together! This summer together has been a blast! I can't wait until it snows!

Summer Time!

One of my very favorite foods are tomatoes! I could eat them all day. Omu and Tutu are growing me a bunch and the other day, the first one was ready! Tutu held me up and I was supposed to PICK the red cherry tomato. OOPS! I thought I could just eat it OFF of the plant! It was super tasty and got the first bite while it was still on the vine. Talk about vine ripe! Well, after a little help, I figured out I was supposed to pick it and then eat the tasty treat. I smooshed it all in my mouth and poked the camera while mama took my goofy picture. I look forward to eating lots of them this summer!

Wearing Papa's shoes

One of my favorite things to do is put on other peoples shoes and walk around! Here I tried on Papa's shoes and walked around the living room. It was hilarious and the shoes were huge BUT I did it!

Play Time

Play time! This is me playing peek-a-boo in the Tepee that my Great Grandma Helen made for my mama when she was little! It just cracks me up how there is a sun, moon and a little window for me to poke my head through... I can spends minutes and minutes going in and out of the little door and love to fill it up with my toys.

First day as a Sparkle!

Moving up to become a Sparkle! The next step up at my school, Starbright, is a Sparkle. I just moved up and love it! We do all sorts of fun activities like water play, painting, climbing, running and even eating with forks and spoons! My first day I wore my elephant outfit which Mama loves and I love too! Did you know that the elephant is my favorite animal? I can make an elephant sound and always point them out in my animal books! These pictures were taken outside of Omu and Tutu's house. Mama, Uncle Ben and Uncle Brice had their picture taken in this same spot on the first day of school every year too! Hooray for being a Sparkle and being a full fledged toddler these days!

Happy Fourth of July!

Happy Independence Day! We had so much fun despite the never ending rain that day. We had a bbq at Woodland Park Zoo where lots of our friends came and brought yummy food! I ate a ton of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and even an Oreo! I didn't make it to the fireworks... just too late for little bugs like me! Maybe next year it won't rain??!!

The Spring Fair!

At the Spring Fair, I saw sooo many animals! I petted a baby goat, touched a snoring piggy and even road my first horse! His name was blue and was the biggest horse EVER! Well, at least the biggest one for the pony rides :) I only made it two times around before I told Papa I wasn't going to be doing this anymore. Needless to say, I will be waiting a while longer before asking for my own pony!

I also ate TONS of fair food! Mama gave me some caramel apple, Aunt Kymber shared her garlic fries, Papa let me eat is corn dog THEN I had lemonade! Sheesh I was full!

I had a great time at the fair! All the people, rides, animals and food made my whole day! I slept all the way home! YAY!

Tulip Festival

Just north of where I live, there are the world famous Tulip fields (even Holland orders their bulbs from here!) There are acres and acres of beautiful flowers! When we went, Uncle Brice packed me around! I got to poke, pinch, smell and even eat some of the flowers! A freezing but sunny day!
