Fall in Baltimore

Me and a Pumpkin! This is my first East Coast Fall and I loved it! I tried to eat the leaves but Yia Yia wouldn't let me.. ha ha! I still licked them!

Pike Place Market

This was my first trip to the Pike Place Market in Seattle, WA. It was a beautiful sunny day and I had a lot of fun despite my frowny face on the Piggy! Perhaps it was because no one let me have a mini-doughnut or throw one of those cool fish! Papa packed me all over so I could see everything!

Great Aunt Kathy and Great Uncle Bill

I had so much fun meeting my Great Aunt Kathy and Great Uncle Bill! They were loads of fun and can't wait to spend more time with them! Don't you just love Great Uncle Bill's suspenders??!!

Here we are looking like a family of little dorks at the Everett, WA Sausage Festival! I don't know why I had to be the little weenie but Mama being too short was hilarious! Plus, I got to lick a strawberry!

Fun with Sweet Potatoes at Six Months

My favorite food in the whole world is a sweet potato! I can't get enough of them (and in fact, Mama and Papa have had to stop me from eating too many of them when my cheeks turn orange) and above you will see some of my fine work! So I haven't yet mastered it all going IN my mouth, but I am getting better by the day!

So Much Traveling!!!

What a long two months! Dahlia and family has been traveling all over the country visiting family and friends! Dahlia had FOUR plane rides and did a beautiful job traveling each way. From Seattle to Spokane, Washington all the way over to Baltimore, Maryland we have tons of pictures so keep checking back while they are uploaded!

My Great Grandfather, Papa't

This is my great grandfather, Papa't (Omu's Dad). Papa't loved to hold me on his lap and tell me stories. I loved spending time with him and in his phenomenal sense of humor said 'I approve!' of just how adorable I am as his newest great-grand child!

My Great Grandmother, Mamalee

This is me with my grand grandmother, Mamalee (Omu's Mom). We had lots of fun playing with toys and bouncing on her knee! Mamalee told us how much I remind her of Omu when she was a baby! She loved seeing me and I can't wait to go to her birthday party!

This last weekend I visited my Great-Grandparents in Spokane, WA. Omu played the piano with me. This beautiful piano was the one that Omu learned on when she was a little girl. I loved it!

Newest Member

The newest member of the Black Angels was there for our 2009 summit! We will have a new one next year too! Thank you Auntie Megs for the onsie! ** Update, a quick clarification.. the new member is going to be born next year to Bethany and Mikael NOT the Merkle family!

All geared up for my first Raven's game! Daddy told me all about it and we had matching outfits with out chicken wings (I had cereal and carrots!)!

I'm Tiny!

Even though I am just barely over 5 months, I REALLY want to walk! So, thank you to Auntie Josiane, I have 'Walking Wings.' How tiny do I look??!! I loved it! Although I can't quite figure it all out, I have fun! Tobin just waits now for the food as seen at the bottom on the picture.

Pretty Dress

Today I was all dressed up for brunch! I have a beautiful pink and burgundy dress with little gold flower accents that my Great Aunt Betty Jean gave me... I was the prettiest girl all day! My socks are pink with black Mary Janes and say 'Little Princess' on the bottoms! Tutu found those for me and they go just perfect!

I can sit all by myself!

I am still working on getting up into the sitting position by myself, but I am pretty stable all on my own!

PS Don't you just love my PJs??? My friend Aiden picked them out for me - they have little lady bug feet!

Yummy Frozen Melon

Although I am not allowed to eat food just yet, I do get to lick lots of things! My favorite is cantaloupe that Mama has put in the freezer first. Here is a funny video of me enjoying a piece while everyone eats dinner!
