Lil' Bug Buddies

We had dinner this week with Kaia and Caden! Kaia is my little buddy who is just six weeks older then me! Aren't we just the cutest pair ever??!! We traded tips on toys, our puppy dogs and played an amazing game of Peek-A-Boo with Caden who cracks us both up! Next time we are going to have matching outfits since our mommies have the same fun taste!

Just a few pics of my family hanging out by the pool at Mandalay Bay. Lots of sun, lazy river time and even a few napping moments! I was able to sport my new swim top from REI appropriately named 'Dahlia' and a lovely 50 SPF!

Four Generations of Women

Four Generations of Women on my Omu's side of the family! Great Grandma Mary, Omu, Mama and Me! We are at Mandalay bay where I spent a few hours with Omu, Tutu and G.G.Mary while mama and papa went on a date to the House of Blues! I had so much fun with my ladies! Love you!

My Great Grandpa Bill was here!

My great-grandpa Bill came to visit and we went to the Rampart for Sunday brunch - where else??!! We went for a fun walk outside to look at all the fish ponds and palm trees!

My Omu was here!

My Omu came to visit and let me taste lots of stuff! Here is an apple, but I also licked melon, apples, bread, pickles and grapes! Melon was my favorite! You will also see me in a sweater - that is how the ladies in my family roll!

My Tutu was here!

My Tutu came to visit! We did lots of fun stuff... here we are hangin' out at the house! She made me giggle out loud!

4 Month Check Up

I just had my four month check up. I am 14.13 pounds, just over 25 inches long and ahead in all of my development!

As of four months, I can roll over both ways, reach out and grab just about anything, laugh (although I have only done it once, I have the skill) and I just started trying to scoot across the floor this week! I still love to spin a good story for you and hate the car! I find Tobin more and more fascinating and Papa even lets me get licked when Mama isn't looking.

My MomMom came to visit!

MomMom came to visit me this week! She flew in all the way from Baltimore to play with me for a nice, long weekend! I took her to all the hot spots like Sunday Brunch at the Rampart, Target for diapers, Babies R Us for new outfits and Makino's for sushi! I smiled so much and loved to have her bounce me on her knee (see the picture above where I fell asleep while being bounced!). I can't wait to go to Baltimore in October to see her again!

This is me reading my book to you! It is all about animals, colors and textures! It has a little fuzzy chicken that goes along with the story!

My Great Grand-Maw gave me this super fun chair! It spins all around so I can play with lots of toys!

I rolled over!

Today I rolled over about 20 times! I can go from my stomach all the way over to my back and then up to my side. I haven't made it quite to my stomach from my side - but Mom thinks it is because I hate being on my tummy so much, there is no need for me to go all the way around!

4th of July

We went to Roberts house, a friend of Grandpa's for a 4th of July party. Everyone has to take their shoes off before entering the house, guess which shoes are mine.

Dahlia and Raggedy Ann

Mom Mom gave me a Raggedy Ann doll, just like her Grandmom gave her one when she was a little bug too! Tradition is fun and I love how the doll is just my size!

My Pappy picked this outfit! He loves me so much! I love the matching socks and everyone tells me how pretty my sparkly anchor is on my top!

Me and My New Bathing Suit!

My Aunt Sharon gave me this wonderful watermelon bathing suit! We went over to Grandpa's and I showed it off before we went for another swim in the pool. Just perfect!

This is my first taste of real food... or rather lick! In hopes of finding something to entertain me while Mama and Papa try to eat dinner, they gave me a peeled, organic carrot to lick! As you can see I liked it! No worries though, I won't be eating anything but milk until I am 6 months old, just licking carrots!
